What KCR discussed for three hours?

Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao met joint Governor ESL Narasimhan yesterday at his residence in Raj Bhavan. Though this meeting is an usual one, political circles were widely discussing about this as the meeting last for over two and half hours. Primarily KCR has raised the division of government organisations according to the Andhra Pradesh regoranisation bill 2013. Schedule 9 and 10 were brought to the notice of Governor and sought fast process in this.

However, sources say that Governor reportedly raised the topic of ban of media channels TV9 and ABN Andhra Jyothy in Telangana. KCR was reluctant to talk about this subject but defended himself before the Governor and clarified to him, there won't go back on the ban of channels. Journalists of both the organisations have met Governor in the past three- four days and have been requesting Governor Narasimhan to take immediate action but there has been no positive response.

Just when things are getting worse, KCR and Narasimhan meeting gained importance but government sources say that it is an routine process to meet Governor before the budget sessions. Also as Union Information and Broadcasting minister Prakash Javadekar said, there will be a severe action in two days, both the media organisations are eagerly waiting for the central government's reaction.  The Press Council of India too stepped in and ordered for a probe on KCR's comment that he made in Warangal.

Overall, situations are looking very difficult for TRS government and they might be left with no other option rather than to lift the ban on TV9 and ABN.
