As the Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy planned to convene Racha Banda program in Telangana region, the TRS senior leader Harish Rao questioned how a Telangana traitor can make such a program in Telangana.  

Harish Rao asked the Telangana Congress leaders to stop him and make obstructions in such programs otherwise they also will be treated as Telangana traitors.  Harish Rao asked in the media meet what moral right Kiran Kumar has to tour in Telangana region when he is openly making statements against formation of Telangana State.  

As per Harish Rao the Telangana leaders should not invite the CM or engage themselves in the Racha Banda programs of Kiran Kumar Reddy.  In fact, as Harish Rao says, Kiran Kumar should not be allowed by them to tour in the region as he is a Telangana Traitor.  

Harish reminded that Kiran Kumar told in the Assembly that he will not allocate any funds to Telangana and he did so by allocating Rs.5800 crores to Chittore district for additional Government Medical Colleges where as there is no Medical college in Telangana region.  Harish Rao did not consider Hyderabad when he said no medical colleges in Telangana region!  

The State Government’s third Rachabanda program is starting today and will last till 26th.
