Control Room for Details of Volvo Bus Accident at Kothakota

Driver and cleaner of the ill fated Volvo bus travelling from Bangalore to Hyderabad that caught fire at Kothakota were taken by the police for questioning.  

It is clear that the accident happened because of the negligence of the driver Firoz.  Firoz said that 49 passengers were travelling in the bus.  The relatives of the passengers have reached the office of the Jabbar travels to inquire.  

A special control room is opened at Kothakota for giving information about the dead and injured.  Phone numbers are 9494600100, 0842-245927, 2459302 and 45932.  

The Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy, PCC President Botsa Satyanarayana, TRS President KCR, CPI State Secretary Narayana and TDP President Chandra Babu shocked over the news of the mishap, expressed condolences to the family members of the dead and asked the authorities concerned for the best medical aid to the injured.  

Minister DK Aruna reached the place of incident.  She said that only the travel operators should provide the total details of the passengers including the ones that boarded on the way.
