Arrested for his involvement in the illegal properties case with Jagan, Nimmagadda Prasad has been granted bail. However, his bail has many conditions applied.

Nampally CBI court extended him the bail, offering him temporary respite. A bail had been petitioned for due to a death in the family. A close family member had passed away recently, allowing him an interim bail after much discussion.

The bail is valid only for 13 days from morning 8am till evening 6pm, after which he has to return to jail. Also he is not allowed to interact with anyone but his family. About 3 policemen will accompany him while out.

Though he has received an interim bail,  Nimmagadda Prasad has to return to the Chanchalguda jail every evening.
