Sports: Lots of sports scheduled for the day at the London Olympics 2012, last night our tennis pair Mahesh Bhupathi and Boppanna have cruised further in the first round while Hockey team had a hiccup from Netherlands. And on the other hand Badminton Starlet Saina Nehwal entered into Pre Quarter Finals. Indians Gagan Narang gets the country's first medal in the Summer Games 2012. Narang claims a Bronze medal in the men's 10m air rifle event.

Well as for the Cricket fans India meets Sri Lanka for the fourth encounter in the ODI being played in Sri Lanka. Wounded Lankans may make a comeback while the Indians might try to capture the series. As of now India are 2-1 with Lanka in five match series.

Tirupati: The holy abode of the Lord of seven hills Sri Venkateswara is thronged by pilgrims as usual. As of now nearly 10 compartments are filled with devotees waiting for the Lord's darshan. The estimated time for the darshan is seven hours, but more pilgrims are entering the uphills say sources.

Prakasam District: Man dies under mysterious circumstances. Puli Narayana (70) was found dead under suspicious circumstances. Mr Narayan who left home on Monday morning to pursue a government issue never came back. And in the early hours of the day some farmers found his body on the way to their farms. A case has been registered with the police in this regards.
