Vijayasai surrenders before CBI Court

The accused number two in Jagan disproportionate case, Vijayasai Reddy today surrendered before the CBI Court in Nampally in Hyderabad. It has to be mentioned here that the bail granted on Vijayasai Reddy on April 13 was quashed by the Andhra Pradesh High Court on April 20 after the CBI moved a bail cancellation petition and presented its arguments before the court.

The CBI sleuths took Vijayasai Reddy into the custody in January this year on the grounds of non-cooperation in the enquiry. He was also accused of pressing the key witnessing in the case. Earlier, the CBI-tried to move house motion petition but was denied  by the Chief Justice. Later, CBI filed the bail cancellation  plea and argued that Vijayasai Reddy was capable of manipulating the witnesses and said that it had evidences for supporting the statement. Therefore, the court cancelled the conditional bail on Vijayasai Reddy.

Meanwhile, the prime accused in the same case, Y S Jaganmohan Reddy has been busy campaigning for the by-polls that are round corner. The political parties, on the other hand, are questioning CBI as to why only Vijayasai Reddy was arrested leavening behind the accused number one, Jagan.

Will CBI arrest Jagan soon or is he going to get clean chit are the questions puzzling people in the state. All in all, the AP political affairs have gained much momentum with so much happening news including political turmoil, differences among Congress men, Telangana issue, Jagan disproportionate case and by-polls.
