CBI digging out more links in illegal mining case

CBI sleuths today raided the premises of congress leader Vaddipalli Narsinga Rao’s father-in-law Mr Kondala Rao in Hyderabad in the illegal mining case involving former Karnataka Minister Gali Janardhan reddy.

CBI has raided his house and other premises after coming to know that suspended IAS officer and accused in the case Y. Srilakshmi had financial dealings with Kondala Rao.

Narsing Rao worked as the chairman of the AP State Mineral Development Corporation during the regime of the YSR.  The CBI suspects the role of Narsing Rao and his father-in-law too in the illegal mining case along with Srilakshmi.

Meanwhile, officials of the revenue, stamps and registrations today attended a questioning session by the CBI in connection with the illegal properties case involving the YSR Congress party president YS Jaganmohan reddy.
