Tough talk by Min Parthasarathy

The assembly witnessed chaotic scenes with the opposition party Telugu Desam Party Chief N Chandrababu Naidu criticizing the ruling party in favoring the cadres while implementing welfare schemes. Though there were heated arguments over the issue on Wednesday, the prominent one, that needs to be reported for reader’s enrichment, is the one made by the Minister Parthasarathy, as counter to the allegation. The minister defended the action and said that   it was the same situation when the TDP Chief ruled the state. He felt that the schemes implemented must benefit the ruling party cadres.

The TDP Chief was offended by the dialogue and said the welfare schemes was from the Government exchequer and all the people must be benefitted uniformly. Provoked by the Minister’s argument, Mr Babu said that he would report against the Minister to the Governor. Though as a commoner what the Minister said was not admissible, yet what happens in reality is well narrated by the Minister. The man has to be appreciated for his guts to boldly admit, but sometimes being truthful does have some hitches. Hope he understands and does not put the Chief Minister in embarrassment.   (With inputs from internet: AarKay)
