Amit Mishra helps India in second win

Leg spinner Amit Mishra's super forming guides India to register their straight win in the T20 World Cup. Against the defending champions West Indies, Dhoni won the toss and opted to bowl first. Indian bowlers surprised everyone by bowling tighter lines and managed only 46 runs in the first ten over. Mishra was the pick of the bowlers with 2 for 17 runs from his spell of four overs. West Indies posted a total of 129 on the board.

Chasing 130, Shikhar Dhawan departed early without opening his account. Then came vice captain Virat Kohli, along with another opener Rohit Sharma attacked the West Indian bowlers. Virat and Rohit completed half centuries and guided India to an easy victory.

Amit Mishra was awarded Man of the Match for the second consecutive time.
