Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray will attend Devendra Fadnavis swearing ceremony at Wankhede stadium this evening in Mumbai. Initially Uddhav asked his party men to skip the swearing ceremony as the alliance of BJP and Shiv Sena did not finalise and also because of BJP general secretary's remarks.

However, it is BJP's national president Amit Shah who called upon Uddhav and personally invited him for the ceremony. Later CM designated Fadnavis too called Uddhav and asked him to be there. So the Shiv Sena chief changed his mind and said to Amit and Fadnavis that he will grace the swearing ceremony.
