Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be spending Diwali festival with Jammu & Kashmir flood victims and for this he will be flying to Srinagar on October 23rd. Tweeting about this Modi, wrote in his micro blogging account, “Will be in Srinagar on Diwali, 23rd October & will spend the day with our sisters & brothers affected by the unfortunate floods.”

This will be Modi's fourth visit to Jammu & Kashmir after taking charge as Prime Minister. Also as the elections are scheduled in December, Modi is trying to woo the people and his main focus is to win the confidence of masses.
