As expected YS Sharmila has been appointed to lead YSR Congress party in Telangana state while Khammam MP Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy will act as working president. At the state level meeting, YS Jagan announced that Sharmila will take charge of the party in Telangana and will stay by the side of people to against the government.

Speaking on the occasion, Sharmila said, “later YSR had more support from Telangana and many died as they heard his death news. We bring the golden rule of YSR in Telangana.” YS Jagan has slammed YRS government and added that TDP and TRS parties will vanish in Telangana and only YSRCP, BJP and Congress will remain.
