The rescue operations continued for the third day on Monday in the building collapse site at Mugalivakkam, the death toll has climbed to 17. Around 40 are still feared trapped under the debris of 11-storey under construction building and many of the workers are from Andhra Pradesh and nothern states. The police have arrested five people including the engineers for compromising on quality and safety.
