FIR Against SM Krishna, N Dharam Singh and Kumaraswamy
Share |BANGALORE: The Lokayukta police on Thursday registered FIRs against external affairs minister SM Krishna and two other former Karnataka chief ministers, N Dharam Singh and H D Kumaraswamy, in connection with alleged illegal mining.
Eleven bureaucrats have also been named in the FIR filed under under various sections of the Prevention of Corruption Act, Forest Conservation Act, Forest Act and Minerals and Metals Regulation and Development Act (MMRDA) and IPC.
