Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor has reportedly said yes to the Hindi remake of Telugu blockbuster 'Magadheera' which would be directed by Sajid Nadiawala. After the stupendous success of 'Kick' Sajid Nadiawala was in news as reports about Kick sequel popped up. However, the producer turned directed rubbished all the rumours and confirmed his next project which is 'Magadheera.'

Shahid Kapoor will be seen in the role of Ram Charan and it will be his first ever role to feature in a period drama flick. The heroine for this remake version is yet to be decided and currently the script sessions are going on. Given the market of Bollywood, the remake of Magadheera can be made on a grand scale with Hollywood standard visual effects.

Sources say that this project would hit the floors in the first quarter of 2015.
