Tom Cruise-Katie Holmes reach divorce settlement

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, who applied for divorce, have reached an out-of-court settlement. The reports indicate that it took eleven days for the discussions and finally the matter got settled. Tom Cruise didn't want to be dragged to the court of law and reportedly went for the speedy settlement. The 5-year-old star, Tom Cruise, who is one of the most sought after actors in Hollywood, would now be a seperated man. Notably, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have a six-year-old daughter.
The agreement stated that the daughter would stay with 33-year-old Katie Holmes. However, Tom Cruise would pay visit to Katie's home to meet his daughter regularly. A leading daily in the United States published the mutual statement of Cruise-Holmes, which stated that they respect each other's roles as parents.
