The Mega wedding of the tinsel world between the Konidala Tinsel Prince and the Princess of Domakonda Sansthan was in the media the last one week. But an ugly controvesry cropped up over the actosr Tamanna and Shriya Saran going all out in shaking their legs at the Sangeet celebrations in the Annapurna Studios on Monday. A part of the media reported that the two stars might have received fancy amounts to be a part of the celebrations like our Bollywood stars. However Tamanna cut the argument in size and said that it was a family function and she celebrated the occassion.

The actress said, "It's sad to hear such rumors, Ram Charan is like my family and it was natural that I take part in the wedding celebrations, and about the song to which I danced, I don't want news on that for it should be of no importance to others". This celebrations ushered the wedding function on June 14. while the theme of the evening was `Night at the movies', Shriya and Tamanna performed  with Allu Arjun. The esteemed guests list included Mahesh Babu, NTR Jr, Rana, Prabhas, Ravi Teja, Samantha, Illeana and Trishaa. The highlight is  bride and groom also joined the performance  at their sangeet. Both Ram Charan and Upasana were dressed by Bollywood's ace designer Manish Malhotra.

The six years old friends culminated their acquaintance into a wedlock on Thursday at 8am in Temple Tree Farms owned by Dr Pratap C Reddy near Gandipet, on the outskirts of the city.
