Much awaited department hits theaters

Ram Gopal Varma's prestigious project, Department has hit theatres across country on Friday in two languages-Hindi and Telugu. There has been much hype for the film ever since the shooting begun given the fact that all top stars such as Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt and Rana Daggubati were selected by RGV for lead roles. The subject of the film was said to be a clash between underworld dons and Mumbai police.
The people who have watched the Department movie initially in Hyderabad expressed their displeasure. They said it was another boring and routine movie from Ram Gopal Varma. Further, the viewers of the morning show have also said that they had high expectations on this film as top actors came together and appeared on big screen.
Department movie was given A certificate by CBFC may be due to too much of violence. Amitabh Bachchan plays a gangster turned politician in the movie while Sanjay Dutt plays a top cop and Rana Daggubati an encounter specialist.
