Female directors proving their mark in T-Town.
Of course, even today, despite of all the heroine oriented films, heroines being given importance even in Big heroes ka films, Indian Cinema remains to be a male dominant industry at a major share…
But, lot has been changed from past to now… the Director's seat that used to be occupied by the male directors is being captured by female directors these days…
Earlier, the only female director that proved her worth was Vijaya Nirmala… but, these days, could be Nandini Reddy who shot into fame with entertaining directorial skills in ‘Ala Modalaindi’ or director B. Jaya who has been making minimum guarantee films till date and grabbed the success with her recent release ‘lovely’ celebrating 100 days of its release, more chances for all those ladies who are looking at direction being their career option…
While Nandini Reddy has is already directing stars like Siddarth and Samantha, in the 100 days event of 'lovely', one of the special guests for the evening 'King' Nagarjuna let out his acceptance to act in Jaya’s direction, if the director comes up with an interesting script…
