‘Eega’ Tamil rights sold out for Rs.5 Cr

Eega, Tamil rights, SS Raja Mouli, Nani, Samantha, Sudip, Hollywood cameraman James FoldsTollywood circles are abuzz with news that the Tamil version rights of the star director SS Raja Mouli’s forthcoming movie ‘Eega’ are sold out for a whopping amount of Rs. 5 Cr.

Tollywood big wigs are stunned to hear the news as they thought that the main star cast of this movie included only a low profile hero Nani, heroine Samantha and little known Kannada hero Sudip. “The star cast is very small and comprises of low profile people but still the movie’s Tamil version rights were sold out for R.5 Cr. It is simply unbelievable,” commented a Tollywood bigwig.

Meanwhile, the regular shooting of this movie began this morning at Ramanaidu studios in Hyderabad. Sources also said that a giant crane used for the shooting of superstar Rajanikanth’s movie ‘Robot’ is also being used for this movie.

The other stunning news for the Rajamouli fans is that for the first time in the history of Tollywood well known Hollywood camera man James Folds is being drafted as a camera man for this movie. K. Sai is the producer.
