YS Jagan to lose in AP: Prasanth Kishor March 04, 2024 15:57

YS Jagan to lose in AP: Prasanth Kishor:- Experienced in the field of politics, Prasanth Kishor played a significant role in leading YS Jagan to victory in the 2019 election. At the time, Prasanth Kishor was in charge of I-PAC, responsible for devising political strategies and managing both online and offline campaigns for the YSR Congress. Interestingly, Prasanth Kishor, who was instrumental in Jagan's success, has now made a prediction that Jagan will suffer a major defeat in the upcoming election. During an interaction with the media at the Indian Express conclave, Prasanth confidently stated that Jagan is bound to lose by a large margin. According to Prasanth, Jagan mistakenly believes that he is effectively serving the people by spending their money. However, managing resources is not the same as managing potential. Merely sitting in a palace and allocating funds will not guarantee votes. Prasanth firmly believes that Jagan's popularity is dwindling and he is facing a challenging situation. Having worked closely with Jagan for several years in Andhra Pradesh, Prasanth possesses a deep understanding of the political landscape in the region. Therefore, his straightforward declaration that Jagan is heading towards a significant loss cannot be taken lightly by supporters of the YSR Congress. Prasanth further predicted that Jagan's fate will mirror that of KCR's, suggesting a similar outcome awaits him. In 2019, he foresaw a significant loss for the current Chief Minister in 2024. He criticized Jagan's strategy of spending excessive money and distributing freebies, using it as a justification for his strong opposition to Jagan.

Metro Works in Hyderabad's Old City to start from March 7th March 04, 2024 15:37

Metro Works in Hyderabad's Old City to start from March 7th:- The citizens of the old city and the Congress party are overjoyed that CM Revanth Reddy has made the decision to commence metro construction in the old city of Hyderabad on March 7 at Falakunama, according to TPCC senior vice-president & Chairman, Election Commission Coordination Committee G Niranjan. Speaking at Gandhi Bhavan, Niranjan stated that although metro services were initiated in Hyderabad in 2017, the construction was halted at the Mahatma Gandhi bus stand due to objections from the Majlis party. L&T not only rejected the alternative route proposed by the Majlis party, but also expressed their inability to continue the project due to the expiration of the agreement period and the increase in project costs. He added that during the all-party meeting held on December 9, 2014, the Majlis MLAs obstructed the original proposal for the Old City Metro. The cost from Imiliban to Falakunama has now exceeded 2000 crore due to the actions of the Majlis leaders. In response, the Congress, other Opposition parties, and Citizen forums have voiced their concerns and staged protests to demand the implementation of metro rail in the Old City. The delay in delivering Metro services to the Old City, caused by the authorities, has spanned a lengthy seven to eight years. This delay warrants an apology to the people residing in the Old City. The individuals are hopeful that CM Revanth Reddy will promptly allocate the required funds for these projects and prioritize making metro services accessible to the public as soon as possible.

GHMC to get 7 new Corporations and 30 new Municipalities March 02, 2024 17:22

GHMC to get 7 new Corporations and 30 new Municipalities:- If the plans of the state government proceed, Greater Hyderabad will soon undergo significant expansion. Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has instructed the Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MAUD) department to explore the potential merger of seven peripheral municipal corporations and 30 municipalities with the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC). The proposed new entity, if approved, will be known as the Hyderabad Greater City Corporation. The municipal corporations that may be included in the merger are Nizampet, Boduppal, Meerpet-Jillelguda, Bandlaguda Jagir, Badangpet, Peerzadiguda, and Jawaharnagar. Additionally, around 30 municipalities established in July 2019 may also be incorporated into Greater Hyderabad. To ensure efficient administration and improved citizen services, the newly formed corporation will be divided into East, West, North, and South zones. In order to avoid any legal complications, the chief minister has instructed the immediate appointment of special officers after the completion of the elected bodies' tenure in the existing corporations and municipalities. This strategy aims to facilitate a seamless merger process. Previously, concerns were raised regarding the unequal distribution of funds among the various corporations and municipalities, in addition to the GHMC. The Ministry of Defence has given the green light to construct elevated corridors on the Hyderabad-Nagpur National Highway and the Karimnagar Rajiv Highway, which will pass through Defence lands in Hyderabad. This decision will open up new transportation routes to northern Telangana, promoting development in the region. To ensure balanced development, it is important to consider the population disparities among different divisions. While some divisions have a population of over one lakh, others have only around 30,000 residents. Allocating funds uniformly could lead to uneven development. In light of this, the chief minister has requested the MAUD to reassess fund allocation based on the city's expansion and prioritize critical infrastructure like roads and drainage in the outskirts. To address the issue, it is suggested that the divisions under the newly formed corporation should be restructured based on population. This means creating divisions with roughly equal populations and clearly defined boundaries. A similar merger of three municipal corporations took place in Delhi about two years ago, and Revanth has inquired about the process followed during that merger. (Video Source: 10TV News Telugu)

Sunitha Reddy urges people not to vote for YSRCP March 02, 2024 16:56

Sunitha Reddy urges people not to vote for YSRCP:- Dr. Narreddy Sunitha Reddy, the daughter of the late Y S Vivekananda Reddy, made an earnest plea to the people of Andhra Pradesh, urging them not to support the YSR Congress. During a press conference in New Delhi, Dr. Sunitha Reddy expressed her disappointment in Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy for allegedly shielding her father's killers. She revealed that she had been tirelessly fighting for justice for the past five years, but neither the Jagan government nor the Central government had offered any assistance. Even the courts, she claimed, had failed to provide her with the justice she sought. However, she remained hopeful that the people's court would deliver the justice she deserved by rejecting Jagan Mohan Reddy in the upcoming general election. Dr. Sunitha Reddy highlighted the stark difference in the investigation process, noting that the police typically conclude murder cases within a few days, yet they had failed to make any progress in the Vivekananda Reddy murder case. Furthermore, she expressed her dissatisfaction with the CBI's inability to identify the culprits over the course of five years. Dr. Sunitha Reddy also recounted an encounter with Y S Avinash Reddy, who informed her that Vivekananda Reddy had campaigned for him until late at night on March 15, 2019, outside the government general hospital mortuary. She was curious about the identity of her father's killer and questioned why they remain unknown. She pondered the motives behind the government's silence on the murderers of Vivekananda Reddy. Additionally, she expressed intrigue regarding how Jagan Mohan Reddy discovered that her father was killed with an axe. The truth, she eagerly awaited. Accusing Y S Bhaskara Reddy and Y S Avinash Reddy of the murder, she claimed that Jagan Mohan Reddy was shielding them from justice. She demanded punishment for Avinash Reddy, the one responsible for taking her father's life. While Jagan Mohan Reddy claimed to stand by his promise, she believed he was not true to his word. Initially, she placed her trust in him after the murder, not suspecting him or any of the family members. Yet, as more evidence emerged, she found herself compelled to believe certain things. She questioned the CBI's failure to arrest Avinash Reddy upon their return from Kurnool. This was the first instance in which the CBI did not apprehend a suspect. The woman expressed her uncertainty about the reasons behind the CBI's actions and called for justice for her family. She urged the public not to back Jagan Mohan Reddy until her family received the justice they deserved. (Video Source: ETV Andhra Pradesh)

It is crucial that we save the farmers' fields from drying up, and the Kaleshwaram scheme is the only solution. The Congress government's announcement to repair the barrage is seen as a victory, but it seems like they are just trying to gain political advantage by criticizing the BRS. If the government is open to suggestions, they should involve the opposition as well. Harish Rao believes that Revanth Reddy is attempting to erase KCR's legacy. This project has already increased water tables and cultivated areas. The former minister is demanding that the Medigadda barrage be repaired before the monsoon arrives. (Video Source: BRS Party)

Chandrababu promises to script History with Janasena February 29, 2024 16:07

Chandrababu promises to script History with Janasena:- The most significant political gathering of the day involved the Telugu Desam Party and Janasena, with Chandrababu and Pawan Kalyan leading the charge in the upcoming elections for Andhra Pradesh. Chandrababu exuded confidence as he addressed the crowd, emphasizing that this alliance was not merely a coalition of two parties, but a response to the people of Andhra Pradesh who seek to end Jagan's rule. He proclaimed that this meeting in Tadepalligudem would go down in history as a turning point for the state. "Through this meeting in Tadepalligudem, we are rewriting history," Chandrababu declared, asserting with certainty that the alliance government in Andhra Pradesh was inevitable. Chandrababu directed a pointed question at Jagan, asking, "Who killed Babai?" Pawan Kalyan reacted with fervor to this question, as Naidu emphasized an issue of great significance. Naidu drew a comparison between CM Jagan's Handri Neeva project and the elaborate sets seen in Pawan Kalyan's films. "Our Pawan Kalyan uses sets in his movies, but Jagan used them in Kuppam to deceive and manipulate people. However, the people of my constituency, Kuppam, know who I truly am, and they will impart a powerful lesson to these detractors. వైసీపీ విముక్త ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లక్ష్యంగా వేసిన తొలి అడుగు తాడేపల్లిగూడెం సభ#TeluguJanaVijayaketanamSabha#HelloAP_VoteForJanaSenaTDP #APElections2024#HelloAP_BybyeYCP pic.twitter.com/W4ebEpOytS — JanaSena Party (@JanaSenaParty) February 28, 2024 Once again, Pawan Kalyan captivated his supporters with a captivating speech. The popular actor-politician is well-known for his ability to connect with the masses, and he did not disappoint at the recent Jenda event. His powerful words, which praised Chandrababu's potential and criticized Jagan in various ways, left a lasting impact on the Janasainiks who were disappointed with the seat-sharing arrangements. Additionally, Pawan Kalyan addressed the reasons behind the alliance with TDP and put an end to the free advice centers. While the speech was well-received and widely discussed, some have questioned why Pawan Kalyan focused so heavily on criticizing Jagan instead of highlighting the policies and welfare initiatives offered by the TDP-Janasena alliance. Although the Janasena members are mostly satisfied with their leader's clarity and the increased visibility of their party in the alliance, they are still concerned about Pawan's choice of constituency for the upcoming elections. As the party members feel reenergized after their first productive meeting about the alliance, it is expected that they will now shift their focus to the actions and initiatives the alliance plans to undertake for the betterment of the people once they are in power. The TDP-Janasena alliance should capitalize on this opportunity to transform the reaction into favorable votes. Nonetheless, Pawan Kalyan has explicitly stated that he possesses a plan and urged his supporters to trust him. It remains to be seen whether these impactful speeches will resonate with the voters and disrupt YSRCP's vote stronghold in the forthcoming elections. (Video Source: TV5 News)
