Narendra Modi says TMC looted Rs 3000 Cr from the Poor:- Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his commitment to returning nearly Rs.3,000 crores, which he referred to as "looted" funds, to the poor people of West Bengal. He criticized the Opposition, accusing them of prioritizing power over the country's welfare. During a phone call with "Rajmata" Amrita Roy, a member of the former royal family and the BJP candidate in Krishnanagar Lok Sabha constituency against TMC's Mahua Moitra, Mr. Modi discussed his plans to explore legal options. These options aim to ensure that both the money stolen from the poor and the funds seized by the Enforcement Directorate from corrupt individuals are returned to their rightful owners. The BJP shared details of the conversation, revealing that the Prime Minister estimated the amount of bribes paid by individuals for job opportunities in the state to be around Rs.3,000 crores. In his remarks, Mr Modi also criticized the Congress party for backing Delhi's chief minister, Arvind Kejriwal, after his arrest in a corruption case. He expressed his belief that those who previously complained about the AAP have now shifted their tactics to support the ruling party in the capital. Without mentioning any names, the Prime Minister suggested that their focus is on power rather than the country. He emphasized that the BJP-led alliance is committed to creating a corruption-free nation for the benefit of the younger generation, while all the corrupt individuals have united to protect each other. Responding to criticism directed at the former royal family for their alleged collaboration with the British, Mr Modi highlighted the lineage of Ms Roy, who is running as the BJP candidate in the Krishnanagar Lok Sabha constituency. Ms Roy defended her family, stating that they have been wrongly labeled as traitors and highlighting the contributions of Krishnachandra Roy to the welfare of the people and the preservation of "Sanatan Dharma." They make various false accusations to conceal their wrongdoing. He observed that while they are searching for proof of Lord Ram's existence, they are also using incidents from the past two and three centuries to tarnish others' reputations. Congress to reorganize districts in Telangana March 27, 2024 16:08

Congress to reorganize districts in Telangana:- The Telangana Congress government intends to revamp the district system in order to enhance administration and development. Presently, the state has 33 districts, with seven of them having populations below six lakh, which raises concerns about effective governance in those areas. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, the government aims to address the deficiencies of the current district setup. The existing district boundaries, which were allegedly established without proper groundwork, are being reconsidered to ensure better coordination and allocation of resources. From 2016 to 2019, the previous government added 23 new districts to the existing ten for administrative purposes. However, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy criticized this expansion as unscientific. He intends to establish a judicial commission to review the process of district reorganization. In order to streamline governance, the state government is contemplating reducing the number of districts from the current 33 to 25 or 26. This decision may involve political discussions and considerations, as it could impact various constituencies. Certain districts, such as Mulugu, Jayashankar-Bhupalpally, and Sircilla, have populations below six lakh each. The government is exploring possibilities for merging specific districts to optimize resources and enhance administrative efficiency.

KTR calls Modi as the greatest danger for India March 27, 2024 13:48

KTR calls Modi as the greatest danger for India:- According to K.T. Rama Rao, the working president of BRS and brother of BRS MLC K. Kavitha who was recently imprisoned in the Delhi liquor scam case, Prime Minister Narendra Modi poses a significant threat to India. Rama Rao expressed his concerns during the Assembly elections, stating that there were deliberate efforts to suppress and intimidate them. Now, he believes that these fears have become a reality. Rama Rao further highlighted the diversity that once existed in India, with a Muslim serving as President and a Sikh as Prime Minister. During that time, the Hindu community felt secure. However, the current scenario is different, as there is a Hindu Prime Minister, a Hindu President, and a Hindu Chief Minister. Rama Rao noted that the BJP now claims that "India is in danger, the Hindu is in danger," but he believes that the real danger lies in the BJP itself. Rama Rao also criticized the BJP for using government agencies such as the ED, CBI, and I-T as tools for political gain. He referred to this tactic as "Sikhandi politics," and emphasized the need for the BJP to be taught a lesson. In his view, democracy is at stake, and the BJP's actions are contributing to the peril that India currently faces. Rama Rao expressed his belief that their victory in the Lok Sabha elections from Secunderabad, along with the success of BRS candidate T Padma Rao Goud, would mark the beginning of their triumph. He made these remarks during a gathering of party members from the Secunderabad Lok Sabha constituency at the BRS headquarters. Rama Rao further commented that Modi seemed threatened by strong regional leaders and was attempting to silence the entire opposition. His actions conveyed a desire to be the sole contender in the race. Rama Rao also mentioned that leaders like KCR, Kejriwal, and Mamata possessed the courage to stand up against Modi, unlike the Congress. During the Assembly polls, Congress had claimed that Kavitha was not being arrested due to the alliance between BJP and BRS. However, Rama Rao pointed out that she was not arrested at that time because there was a case in the Supreme Court, which resulted in a stay order. He perceived her recent arrest as an act of revenge by the ED, who went to Kavitha's house to apprehend her. (Video Source: BRS Party)
