As the title says, the film is all about the bonding between a sister and her brother. Yesteryear actress Laya is essaying the role of Nithiin's sister in the film. Congress to reorganize districts in Telangana:- The Telangana Congress government intends to revamp the district system in order to enhance administration and development. Presently, the state has 33 districts, with seven of them having populations below six lakh, which raises concerns about effective governance in those areas. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, the government aims to address the deficiencies of the current district setup. The existing district boundaries, which were allegedly established without proper groundwork, are being reconsidered to ensure better coordination and allocation of resources. From 2016 to 2019, the previous government added 23 new districts to the existing ten for administrative purposes. However, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy criticized this expansion as unscientific. He intends to establish a judicial commission to review the process of district reorganization. In order to streamline governance, the state government is contemplating reducing the number of districts from the current 33 to 25 or 26. This decision may involve political discussions and considerations, as it could impact various constituencies. Certain districts, such as Mulugu, Jayashankar-Bhupalpally, and Sircilla, have populations below six lakh each. During a meeting with Congress leaders and cadre from the Chevella Lok Sabha constituency, Revanth Reddy criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi for neglecting Telangana. He emphasized that the upcoming elections would serve as a referendum on the Congress government's performance over the past 100 days. Revanth Reddy questioned how BJP leaders could ask for votes in Telangana when they had neglected the state for a decade. Kavitha who was recently imprisoned in the Delhi liquor scam case, Prime Minister Narendra Modi poses a significant threat to India. Rama Rao expressed his concerns during the Assembly elections, stating that there were deliberate efforts to suppress and intimidate them. Now, he believes that these fears have become a reality. Rama Rao further highlighted the diversity that once existed in India, with a Muslim serving as President and a Sikh as Prime Minister. During that time, the Hindu community felt secure. However, the current scenario is different, as there is a Hindu Prime Minister, a Hindu President, and a Hindu Chief Minister. Rama Rao noted that the BJP now claims that "India is in danger, the Hindu is in danger," but he believes that the real danger lies in the BJP itself.
