Telangana by next Maha Siva Ratri, avers KCR

TRS president K. Chandrasekhara Rao said today separate Telangana state would be formed by next Mahasivaratri festival.

Interacting with media persons after having darshan of Lord Siva at Sri Raja Rajeswara Swamy temple at Vemulawada in Karimnagar this morning along with JAC convener Prof Kodanda Ram and TRS MLAs, KCR said he sought the blessings of the Lord for the quick formation of Telangana state.

“I am now confident that separate state would be formed by next Mahasiva Ratri festival,” he said proudly and posing as if he had received a promise from Lord Siva. “We will celebrate next Maha Sivaratri festival in Telangana only,” he said.

Lamenting that temples in Telangana are being neglected in the united AP, he said he would take up construction of cottages in 200 acres at Vemulawada once Telangana state is formed. (JUBS)
