Police arrested a group of boisterous party animals for allegedly consuming cannabis and MDMA which is popular in the party's by the name Sizzler. The party was organized by Premier Hotel, Juhu  on 20th of May 20. However, the NDPS special court had reacted harshly to the shoddy investigations that have been conducted at the rave party.

On Friday, July 6th, the police told the court that those arrested on account of testing positve for drugs in the rave party were arrested only for consumption. The convicted were relieved after listening to this news as now their offences are bailable.

In the cour hearing of the Anticipatory Bail Applications of 13 of the 44 persons who had been tested positive for drugs, all the convicted have been dismissed except for the three people who have been for conspiracy under the NDPS act by special Judge G A Sanap.

The 2 DJs and the party organizer have been booked under conspiracy, NDPS Act. Their hearing would be on Sunday.

Upon the results being confirmed, 46 of the 92 people present at the party who were detained filled out ABA. In the results of the drug tests 44 people were tested positive for cannabis and MDMA, while none of them were tested positive for cocaine.
