216 flying officers join defence

As many as 216 flying officers have officially joined the defense today in Hyderabad in the presence of Air Chief Marshall NAK Browne. The cadets, who have completed their training marched at the Air Force Acdemy in Dundigal area of the city. Air Chief Marshal, who congratulated the commissioned officers, said : “I welcome you, young men and women, into the brotherhood of arms.” He has also handed over medals and trophies to the cadets who came out with flying colours.
