A woman MLA in Assam was thrashed by a mob after they got to know the bigamy episode of the legislator. Congress MLA from Barak Valley, Rumi Nath was said to have left her first husband and allegedly eloped to marry her facebook friend Zakir Hussain. She is the mother of a two-year-old girl. The incident took place last night. She was so badly manhandled that she's currently undergoing treatment at the hospital. The mob belted up the body guards of the MLA too.
