Indian Railways look into misuse of tatkal

With railways receiving complaints from the passengers on the misuse of tatkal tickets, the sources saidt that Indian Railways is thinking of setting up separate counters for issuing tatkal tickets. The sources have also said that arrangements were on full swing for making the e-ticketing more reliable and secured. Meanwhile, general manager of North Railways, V K Gupta told reporters that they banned booking clerks from carrying cell phones when they enter the counters of tatkal.
