We all know about the Karnataka porngate scandal where the three Karnataka ministers were caught in watching pornography and later they were suspended from the Assembly.However now the most recent news as per the reports is that, two Gujarat BJP MLAs have supposedly viewing obscene pictures on a tablet at the time of Assembly minutes.As these two BJP MLAs viewing pornographic content inside the Gujarat Assembly.
On Wednesday March 21 this issue rocked the state assembly and which was adjourned after Congress demands dismissal of two BJP MLAs. Legislators Shankar Chaudhury and Jetha Bharwad on Tuesday seen spending time on their tablets during the House proceedings here and allegations are that they were viewing obscene pictures of women.
A journalist of vernacular newspaper complained to the Speaker about the incident.
"Chaudhary showed his tab to another MLA Bharwad. First they started by watching the pictures of Swami Vivekananda, then cartoons and then pictures of women," senior journalist Janak Dave claimed.
"I went to Speaker's (Ganpat Parmar) chamber and complained about it to his PA, who informed the Speaker and the viewing was stopped," Dave said.
The BJP has, however, denied the charges. Party's state unit general secretary Vijay Rupani said the allegations are false and cooked up on the instance of Congress.
"I believe that they were not watching such material on the tablet," Rupani told reporters.
He further said that "if it requires any inquire regarding the incident we will surely do that"
