Jeevitha-Rajasekhar's re-entry into political picture, all set to join BJP

The film-couple, Jeevitha-Rajasekhar, who have been shuttling between political parties for quite sometime, are all set to join the opposition party at the Centre-BJP.  Stage has been set for inviting the couple into the party on April 25 in the presence of the senior leader Venkaiah Naidu at Hyderabad in the morning hours.

Sources said that Jeevitha-Rajasekhar got many offers from the political parties. They, however, decided to join BJP.  The couple was said to have exuded confidence that the coalition government led by BJP is likely to come to power at the Centre in the forth coming general elections in 2014.

According to sources, the couple believes that only BJP emphasizes on the public welfare unlike other parties and the party would be strengthened further under the able leadership of Narendra Modi.

It may be noted that Jeevitha-Rajasekar were strongly supporting late YSR and joined Congress a couple of years ago. They joined the YSR Congress and took on Congress besides Chiranjeevi and his dissolved PRP. They presumably moved out of YSR Congress alleging that Jagan humiliated them. Now they are gong to join BJP.

All in all, we have to wait and see on whom Jeevitha-Rajasekhar, who have been in political hibernation after moving out of Jagan’s foot steps, would take on after re-entering into the political picture. (Phani)
