Frustration can drive even the meek to the brinks of life, which eventually could make them the mightiest. Prolonged torture of a drunkard husband was borne silently by the wife in Kasi Bugga village of the Warangal district. However her toleration crossed the elastic limit when she came to know that her husband married another woman. And the woman revolted in the most astonishing way. She attacked the husband with help from neighbor and gave him a good thrashing in turn. The others also joined in after watching the lady bear the torture, ever since her marriage to him, four years back. This was captured live, by prominent media channels today.

The incident involves the couple Maheswari and Parmeshwar. Parameshwar was a drunkard and used to torture his wife daily. The colony people were helpless, but used to sympathize, the woman. After she knew about the second marriage of her husband she mustered courage. With the help of her relatives brought the husband home and tied him to a pillar.
