Talking to the media today, Temple Endowment department minister Ramachandrayya said that the structures constructed in the temple lands which are smaller than 70,80 sq.yards in space would be regulated by the government soon. He has visited the Appanna Temple at Simhachalam on Thursday where he spoke to the reporters saying that with the lands of the Simhachalam temple being under the jurisdiction of the court, there is indefinite delay in enforcing the said developments immediately.

Recently the High Court has given a judgment in favor of the Gurukul trust which has made the government think in the direction of regulation of the lands and the properties of the temple. He also said that the same issue would be raised in the Assembly on 8th and that he would see to it that the process would start as early as possible. He also said that this would be their primary agenda in the next party meeting.

Talking about his darshan in the temple, he said it was a great blessing to him that he could be at the puja, where he had performed special pujas to Appanna swamy with utmost devotion along with his family members.

Mr Paidiraju, who was working at Power Grid Corporation allegedly went missing last Saturday after which the police plunged into action and searched for the missing engineer. Later, it was learned that this person was abducted by the rebels in that region.

The family members reportedly ran from pillar to post urging the officials for ensuring the safe release of Paidiraju. They all apparently heaved a sigh of relied. Paidiraju was released last night. He is reportedly yet to reach Vishakapatnam. He is most likely to speak to the media and narrate what all happened once he reaches his home.

Andhra Wishesh would provide more details of the same. So, stay tuned to our site.

The steep increase in diesel price has left fishermen red-faced... http://www.andhrawishesh.com/home/vizag-news/36810-the-steep-increase-in-diesel-price-has-left-fishermen-red-faced.html http://www.andhrawishesh.com/home/vizag-news/36810-the-steep-increase-in-diesel-price-has-left-fishermen-red-faced.html The steep increase in diesel price has left fishermen red-faced...

The steep increase in diesel price has left fishermen red-faced with a call by the Association of Indian Fisheries Industry (AIFI) to mechanized boat operators in the country to terminate their voyage and return to the shore immediately. It seems, there are 600 mechanized boats operating in the Visakhapatnam city.

Mechanized boats returned to the Fishing Harbour in protest against hike in the price of diesel in Visakhapatnam on Saturday. Moreover, AIFI president Y.G.K. Murti with burning with anger on Saturday, rushed to Kolkata to hold meeting with the fishermen leaders in West Bengal and Odisha. He added that the exorbitant hike in diesel price will paralyze the industry at a time when we are trying to limp back to normalcy. He also said that they would finalize their strategy for all India protest after submitting representations to Minister for Union Agriculture Sharad Pawar and Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister M. Veerappa Moily.

The diesel price hike would have cascading effect on fishing activity resulting in a big chaos.

To all those who had been awaiting to see world class apartments and houses with sophisticated amenities in port city Visakhapatnam, this piece would certainly bring smiles on faces.

Real estate major, Lansum Estates is apparently all set to construct sky touching apartment complex in Vishakapatnam shortly. This new apartments would be constructed at the posh Seethammadhara colony. So far, people especially in Andhra Pradesh used to look at structures like Burj Dubai and presumably discussed as to when such structures would be constructed in our country especially in Andhra. With the proposed giant project in Vizag, there would be no scope for such questions and discussions. Thanks to Lansum Estates for the new initiative.

Sitting on topmost floor and sipping tea while watching the panoramic view would be something unexplainable. To turn this dream into a reality, you need to knock the doors of Lansum Estates right away!

It has to be mentioned here that Lansum Estates is one of the most prestigious real estate companies in the state. In order to apparently make Vizag stand on par with cities such as Delhi and Hyderabad, Lansum Estates reportedly took up the initiative to build tall structures in India's most loveable city-Visakhapatnam.

With all these developments, one can easily say that Vishakapatnam would stand amongst India's top five cities in near future.

Four hundred students from East, West, North, North-East and South are meeting here to get exposed to diverse cultural backgrounds. The NSS mega summer camp being conducted at Andhra University for students from 29 States, gives them great scope to get acquainted with various lifestyles, languages and learn from each other. AU is hosting the camp for the first time. The students are excited about the entire programme with majority of them attending for the first time.

Arpita Bose from West Bengal claims that it's an opportunity to meet people at one stop with diverse cultural backgrounds. A place to learn new aspects and to explore South Indian cuisine, said Alok Mohanty from Odisha. "We get to meet many people, understand their lifestyle, learn how to accommodate with each other and improve our skill set. Adjustment is the keyword here and is rewarding too," explained Arunima Susan Oommen from Kerala. While many were enthusiastic about their stay, some were annoyed with water scarcity, humid climate, power failures and schedules not getting concluded on time. "There is no proper water supply here and I haven''t taken my bath for the day," cribbed Pranab Kumar Nath from Assam.

Naveen Sundi from Jharkhand finds it tough to follow English sessions as he belongs to Hindi medium but is positive about the constraint. "Without struggle there is no success," he added. Apart from yoga, meditation and physical exercise classes, the mega camp rolls out a list of sessions in developing interpersonal skill, communication skill, employable skill and entrepreneurship skill, time, stress and disaster management and cultural programmes. Bandh near-total, peaceful in city http://www.andhrawishesh.com/home/vizag-news/25177-bandh-near-total-peaceful-in-city.html http://www.andhrawishesh.com/home/vizag-news/25177-bandh-near-total-peaceful-in-city.html Bandh near-total, peaceful in city

The bandh observed on Tuesday, as part of the nationwide general strike call given by the Left parties and various trade unions, was near-total and peaceful in the city. Barring stray incidents of damage of windscreens of RTC buses, no violence was reported from any part of the city.

Most of the schools declared a holiday but students of schools and colleges, which didn't declare the holiday, had a tough time in reaching their schools in the absence of autorickshaws and RTC buses also stopped by the bandh enforcers at some places.

The school children also had a tough time returning home as the school management declared a holiday at the eleventh hour.

Corporate colleges, which had internal examinations, closed for the day after holding the examination and the students had to trek home in the absence of autos.

Many of the shops downed their shutters voluntarily, while the others were forced to close by the bandh enforcers.

Railway passengers who arrived by various trains had to walk up to Dondaparthy junction, a kilometre away from the Railway Station, carrying their luggage and look for autos in the bylanes.
