Love Tolerance Decreases Chances of Heart Attack

Love is a healthy thing first and is a desirable thing in the society next. Caring and taking responsibility comes with love. We can say that if there is no love, the world will not even exist.

All this is right, understandable and acceptable too but love is also giving two negative factors.

One is possessiveness one develops with love which is a dangerous one for both the lover and the loved. Possessiveness gives intolerance when the lover is seen moving closely with someone else. It gives room for a conflict which may turn into a heart problem.

The study on it says that tolerance in love decreases the chances of getting heart attack. It goes with all kinds of love- a mother’s love towards her child, a sibling’s love, or a friend’s love.  But it is more in a love between two romantically related persons only which is commonly called as love.

Second negative factor from which one has to save oneself is expectations from the loved one.  Love in fact is giving. It is wish that the other person should be happy and an effort follows to make the loved one happy. But in reality developing love towards a person is giving a chance to expect the same from the other.  If it is not reciprocated by the loved one it is going to lead to problems.  It can be vented on the others including the one loved or it can do internal damage to the loving person.  In both the cases the devastation is assured.

Mental depressions, heart attacks, suicides and violence are emerging out of the love something to be alarmed about. The remedy is tolerance and acceptance. Mostly people suffer internally.  Only few, very few to say react violently.

That way it is giving more chances to get a heart attack if one does not understand what love is!

Love is giving and love is accepting. Love is not expecting something in return- not even love! If one understands it love stops giving heart attacks.
