Minister of state for HRD in India, Shashi Tharoor has said that Dubai has a special place in his heart. He was recently in Dubai for the launch of his new book Pax Indica in Dubai where he made this statement. He said his wife was from Dubai and his foster son studied there besides he had many friends in Dubai. Therefore, Dubai was close to his heart, he said.

Shashi Tharoor after he released his book had all praises for Dubai. He said that the infrastructure development in the country was impressive. We have seen many celebrities who have said in the past that they love Dubai. May it's because of the luxurious life that wealthy people can enjoy Dubai that make them fly to this place quite often.
