He made his debut as a character artist, for n number of years, continued doing some small characters in big stars ka films then, one fine day, turned out to be a hero in Puri Jagannath’s directorial ‘Itlu Sravani Subramanyam’... that’s it, after this flick, there was no looking back for Ravi Teja… films like ‘Idiot’, ‘Amma Naanna Oka Tamil Ammaayi’, ‘Venky’, ‘Dubai Seenu’, ‘Kick’, ‘Mirapakai’ and so on, made him a ‘Mass Maharaja’, apart from ‘Hero’ Ravi Teja… this otherwise minimum guarantee hero has been facing a tough time from more than a year now… his recent releases, ‘Veera’ and ‘Nippu’ bombed at the Box office and with other heroes succeeding and creating their own market, Ravi Teja is really facing some issues in his career… his latest flick, ‘Daruvu’ is scheduled for a release soon…


Meanwhile, apart from Puri Jagannath’s ‘Devudu Chesina Manushulu’ in which Ravi Teja would be seen romancing Ileana, the other film this Actor has singed is ‘Sir Ostara’…

It is reported that, Ravi is finding it really hard to search a heroine for him in this film… the film makers have considered the names of n number of heroines and it is said that no heroine amongst this is keen to act with Ravi, considering the result of his recent films… it seems, Ravi himself had to speak to Kajal Agarrwal to convince her to act opposite him in this film.

There was a time when even the number one heroines used to look forward to act opposite Ravi Teja… and now, we could see the situation to be on the other side of coin… well, nothing is permanent though…
