3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, (thawed and cut in half)
1/3 cup salsa
6 cheese slices
6 hamburger buns
1/3 cup ranch dressing
6 lettuce leaves
Method of preparation:
Take a vessel, place some oil in it and allow it to heat. Add skinless chicken pieces to it and cook it for 5 to 7 minutes. After cooking, remove it from heat and place it aside. Top that with salsa and cheese and cover. Let it rest for 2 min. Meanwhile, spread bottom halves of buns with dressing. Fill buns with lettuce and chicken. Enjoy its delicious taste when hot.
