Mary Kom Wins Gold On Her Debut:- Indian ace boxer Mary Kom added another feather to her cap by winning Gold in women's 45-38 kg category in the Commonwealth Games 2018 in Gold Coast, Australia. She beat North Ireland's Kristina O'Hara by 5-0 and dominated completely. The five-time world champion won 30-27, 30-27, 29-28, 30-27, 20-27 to win the match. Mary Kom was away from the boxing ring from so much time and it was quite a tough task to over perform on her comeback. The 35-year-old boxer claimed her fifth Asian Championship Gold in Vietnam last year during November.

Mary Kom could not qualify for Commonwealth Games four years ago as she lost for Pinki Jangra during the trials and left many disappointed. However now, Mary Kom made an impressive debut with a Gold. Mary Kom is a mom of three children and she is completely fit because of which she proved her best confessed the ace boxer. Mary Kom has an Olympic bronze during London 2012 along with five other world championship titles.
