This billion  dollar question is haunting the public since sometime. While some feel that the whole case is a political vindictive stand. The others feel that why is the CBI concentrating more on the disproportionate case more than  the  Quid pro case. Some others feel that in the Quid pro, the controversy GOs are covered and inturn there are many bigwigs involved. However the suitcase companies case only corners the YSR Congress Party Chief Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Well whatever, why are so many controversial opinions being expressed by critics and will the incarcerated YSRCP leader see the light at the end of the tunnel. With his bail application due for trail on September 14 in the Supreme court. However the CBI has sent a strong request to the apex court not to sanction bail to Jagan on grounds that he might tamper the evidence. They also informed the apex court that the evidence from various countries are being sought in the suitcase company case. And this juncture by issuing bail, would hamper the investigations. CBI also cited an example of Sureedu, who was supposedly man-Friday to the late Chief Minister Y S Rajshekar Reddy, did not turn up when they issued notices. And quoted that such would be his influence on the witnesses.

Countering this pro Jagan supporters say that even after Jagan was arrested, Sureedu was sent notices, but invain. Then how could the arguments hold good that Jagan is behind the issue. In the given situation, the investigating agency is bent upon holding on to him for some more time. However one issue arises that after holing up for so many days in Chanchalguda is it right for the investigating agency to seek for more, is the question that needs to be addressed.
