Dr Chandni Tugnait, M.D. (Alternative Medicines), Psychotherapist, Life Coach, Business Coach, NLP Expert, Healer, Founder & Director - Gateway of Healing, highlights that workplace anxiety is a widespread concern for many women. This is influenced by a combination of societal pressures, internalized biases, and the intimidating nature of organizational cultures. From an early age, girls are often taught to prioritize perfectionism, pleasing others, and downplaying their achievements. These learned behaviors can lead to chronic self-doubt and impostor fears in professional environments. To address this, here are a few suggestions for women to overcome workplace anxiety. Firstly, it is important to identify and challenge self-sabotaging thoughts. Women are often conditioned to doubt themselves and downplay their accomplishments. By recognizing negative thought patterns such as imposter syndrome or catastrophizing, one can actively counter them with positive self-talk and evidence of their competence. Additionally, research has shown that adopting confident body language, also known as a "power pose," can reduce cortisol levels (the stress hormone) and boost confidence. Prior to important meetings or presentations, taking a few minutes to stand tall with hands on hips can enhance self-assurance. Lastly, having a trusted ally in the workplace can provide invaluable support. This person can serve as a confidant, offering guidance and understanding during challenging times. Approach your anxieties openly, seeking solace in the company of others who can provide perspective and validation when self-doubt arises. Be cautious of perfectionism: The relentless pursuit of flawlessness is linked to increased anxiety and burnout. Instead, prioritize completion and embrace learning opportunities rather than fixating on achieving perfection. Take stock of your accomplishments: Women often underestimate and downplay their achievements. Maintaining a running record of your successes can counteract feelings of inadequacy and anxiety. Designate time for worrying: Instead of trying to suppress anxious thoughts entirely, allocate specific periods of time to fully experience them, and then redirect your focus. This approach allows for an outlet while reclaiming control. Cultivate self-compassion: Studies indicate that women tend to be less self-compassionate than men. Make a conscious effort to balance self-criticism with the kindness and understanding you would extend to a friend. Self-compassion serves as a balm for anxiety.

Four Health Benefits of Morning Walk:- A morning stroll is widely regarded as a valuable practice for promoting overall well-being. In addition to its physical advantages, it offers numerous mental benefits as well. It is recommended that individuals engage in brisk walking early in the morning, when air quality is better and there is less traffic. Health experts suggest walking for at least an hour to observe significant changes in both the body and mind. However, if an hour is not feasible, a minimum of 30 minutes should be dedicated to morning walks. Morning walks offer countless benefits, including: Blood Sugar Control: Morning walks can be advantageous for individuals with fluctuating or high blood sugar levels. Numerous studies demonstrate that they can enhance insulin sensitivity, thereby aiding in better blood sugar regulation. Additionally, they contribute to stabilizing glucose levels, reducing the risk of insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes. Heart Health Maintenance: Regular morning walks can also contribute to the well-being of the cardiovascular system. Research indicates that this routine has been effective in managing blood pressure levels. By incorporating a morning walk into your daily routine, you actively decrease the chances of developing heart disease and experiencing a stroke. Additionally, one of the key advantages of a morning stroll is its positive impact on digestion. It aids in the natural contraction of abdominal muscles, facilitating the movement of food through the digestive system. Individuals who struggle with indigestion or bloating can find relief by incorporating morning walks into their routine. Furthermore, morning walks offer more than just physical benefits; they also contribute to mental well-being. They serve as an effective stress reliever, providing individuals with an opportunity for self-reflection, mental clarity, and a positive start to the day. Engaging in physical activity during morning walks triggers the release of endorphins, which can help manage feelings of anxiety and depression.

How to fix common sex problems in Women?:- This article aims to address the four prevalent sexual issues that women commonly encounter, their underlying causes, and potential remedies. Women may encounter various problems that impact their sexual lives and closeness. The primary concerns often revolve around desire, arousal, and achieving orgasm. Whether it involves difficulty in becoming aroused, the inability to reach orgasm, experiencing pain during sexual activity, having a low sex drive, or any other issue related to female sexual dysfunction, it is important to note that these problems are more prevalent than one might assume. The positive news is that many of these issues can be resolved or at least ameliorated by making simple modifications to one's lifestyle. One of the most frequently voiced complaints among gynecological patients is experiencing pain during intercourse. Dyspareunia, or painful intercourse, can be attributed to both physical and emotional causes. There are several methods to alleviate or diminish this discomfort, enabling individuals to once again enjoy intimacy with their partner. Insufficient lubrication is a common issue experienced by many women, often stemming from simple anatomical factors. Your body may not be generating enough natural lubrication to ensure comfortable sexual activity. The solution is as straightforward as using an over-the-counter lubricant. Apply it generously before and during intercourse. Enhance moisture. Sexual infections: Conditions like yeast infections or bacterial vaginosis can cause discomfort during sex. Consult your doctor for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment, such as antifungal medication for yeast infections or antibiotics for BV. Follow the prescribed medication regimen and abstain from sex until treatment is complete and symptoms have resolved. Underlying conditions: Some women may experience discomfort due to underlying conditions like endometriosis or pelvic inflammatory disease. These conditions require medical diagnosis and treatment. Treatment options range from pain relief medication and physical therapy to laparoscopic surgery. Do not ignore chronic or severe pain - seek medical attention promptly for examination and diagnosis. Prioritize foreplay: Take your time to become aroused before engaging in any intimate activities. Engaging in prolonged foreplay, including kissing and caressing, can increase arousal and heighten the likelihood of orgasm. Experiment with positions: Certain sexual positions may provide more pleasure or stimulation for you. Positions where the woman is on top allow for control over penetration angle, depth, and rhythm. Doggy style or lying on your stomach with legs closed can also enhance sensation. Explore different positions to discover what feels best for you. Enhance excitement and heighten pleasure. Experiment with a clitoral stimulator during intercourse to enhance sensation. Alternatively, explore toys designed for G-spot stimulation. Pay attention to the clitoris: For the majority of women, clitoral stimulation is essential for reaching orgasm. Encourage your partner to use their fingers or a vibrator to stimulate and caress your clitoris. Begin with gentle and gradual movements, gradually increasing the speed and intensity as your arousal intensifies.

Nara Lokesh questions YS Jagan on Bapatla Meeting:- Nara Lokesh, the general secretary of the Telugu Desam Party, expressed on Monday that Andhra Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is feeling uneasy after the formation of an alliance between TDP, Jana Sena Party, and BJP for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections and assembly polls in the state. Lokesh pointed out that when TDP and BJP formed the government in 2014, there were no incidents of attacks on Muslims, emphasizing that their government worked towards the welfare of minorities in Andhra Pradesh, according to a press release. Lokesh stated that the TDP-led government provided gifts for Ramadan and allocated funds for painting mosques. They also provided an honorarium for Imams and allocated funds for minorities through the Dulhan scheme. Lokesh alleged that there has been a significant increase in attacks on minorities since Jagan Reddy came into power. Lokesh referred to the suicides of Abdul Salam and his family, as well as a girl named Misbhah in the Palamaner constituency. He also highlighted an incident where a minority leader named Ibrahim was allegedly killed by the YSRCP when he fought for minority lands in Narasaraopeta. Lokesh urged minorities not to trust Jagan Mohan Reddy and mentioned that TDP had nominated three members from the minority community to the Rajya Sabha. In his Siddham gatherings, Jagan Mohan Reddy has been engaging in the deceptive use of green mats and graphics. On Sunday, he expressed his readiness to confront the alliance and accused Chandrababu Naidu of relying on support from other political parties, stating that his cycle is "rusted". Looking ahead to the upcoming elections, Jagan Mohan Reddy affirmed that the YSRCP will support and stand with the weaker sections of society. It is notable that the Lok Sabha and assembly polls will be conducted simultaneously in Andhra Pradesh.
