Investment Promotion Board meet on June 26

AP State Investment Promotion Board to meet on June 26 to discuss the various impending issues to foster investor benefit in the state. The meet to be chaired by the Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy is supposed to announce the various mega incentives to the industrial segments. Earlier the Promotion Board chaired by the Cheif Secretary had devised certain incentives to foster investment flow into the state. This meet is to have a deeper look at the measures suggested and with consensus shall annouce the implementing incentives say sources. The meet shall be attended by various ministers of the concerned department too say sources.

The state government made an annoucement in this regards on Saturday and said that the  Investment Promotion Board shall meet and dicuss the various issues for developing the state industrial infrastructure.

It may be noted that in January the state had organised a mega Partnership Summit to foster investment into the state. Ministerial and business delegations from countries like Abu Dhabi, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, China, the Czech Republic, Israel, Italy, Kuwait, Mali, Malaysia, Nigeria, New Zealand, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, the United States, Vietnam, Zambia and Zimbabwe  participated in the event. The theme is of the summit is 'New Age Innovation Partnerships'.The CMO said that the State Investment Promotion Board cleared 30 investment proposals with an investment potential of `76,552 Cr in just a day.  (With inputs from internet-AarKay)
