At Dayton in Ohio, USA, the world's youngest knife thrower Grennan Bartlett-Nealeigh throws blades at his seven year old sister Charlotte.
In the image, the green board which we observe is the place where he targets to stick his knife which was thrown by him. What is the big deal with this when the place is very wide? If this is your question, then let me answer it.
The girl which you observe is his sister. She stands in the various angles close to the board holding something. For instance, in the picture above, she holds a balloon. The guy aims at that balloon with the knife. His target is to blow off the balloon in such a way that the knife does not touch or harm the girl in any way.
The guy is even identified in a famous program in the US, called “America's Got Talent”. When Charlotte was asked that whether she was afraid of the acts of her brother, she said, "I'm not scared because I trust Grennan - he throws really well."
But whatever, these types of acts, that too in a very small age may not be good as they might be harmful to them any day.
