Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley will present the General Budget 2015 on February 28th which is on the sixth day of the budget sessions. The Railway Budget is scheduled to be presented on February 26 while the Economic Survey will be out on February 27th, added a top official of the government. This is NDA government's first full-fledged budget after coming into power.

However, the Budget presentation date falls on Saturday and it was a strategy to avoid its impact on the Stock markets. Usually, the General Budget are always presented on Weekdays and it will have severe implications on the stock exchange and in a way to avoid volatility, the government took the decision to present the budget on Saturday.
