India were bowled out 475 runs in fourth day of fourth Test against Australia in Sydney. Captain Virat Kohli was dismissed for 147 runs while it was Saha, Ashwin Bhuvneswar Kumar and Shami added few more runs to reduce the overall lead. Ashwin completed his half century in this process and also completed 1000 runs in Test cricket. Australia secured 97 runs lead from the first innings. However, the hosts started poorly as Warner was dismissed for four runs by Ashwin.
Earlier in the match, Mitchell Starc who removed Murali Vijay for duck has been fined by the ICC match referee. After dismissing Vijay, Starc shouted at the batsmen while the on field Umpires claimed that Starc had breached the model code of conduct.
