Wipro Chairman Azim Premji met Prime Minister Narendra Modi yesterday. The Prime Minister's Office [PMO] released an official statement about the meeting but did not mention the details of it. Modi has been meeting business leaders regarding initiatives such as 'Digital India' and 'Make in India'.

PM Modi is heard to be pushing the country's leading businessmen to invest in the government initiatives which can change the economy. Not restricting to such local business, Modi also met Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg earlier this month and Softbank Chairman and CEO Masayoshi Son, who committed investment to the tune of $10 billion in India.
