India's cricketing great Anil Kumble joined micro blogging site Twitter just a day before his 44th birthday. Anil celebrated his birthday yesterday i.e, on 17th October and was flooded with birthday wishes in the social media. Every present generation cricket wished Anil and the 'Jumbo' was quite happy.

The spinner, who played 132 Tests for India and took 619 wickets, is regarded as one of the better spinners of all time. He retired from International cricket in 2008 and is currently coaching the Mumbai Indians side.
