YSR Congress party will hereafter function officially from YS Jagan's residence Lotus Pond as the party has decided to shift its office from Road number 45. Apparently, YSRCP is paying Rs 1 crore as rent to the present official party office and as the state is divided, YSRCP wants to shift from Hyderabad to the new capital of AP.

One of the YSRCP leader said, “we are paying a huge amount of rent for the present office, we could save that money and buy a new building in AP state.” However there won't be a mere shift right away but the present address will remain as a name sake. All the party activities will be organised in Lotus Pond and currently renovation works are going on.
