The death toll has increased to 54 in the 11-storey under construction building collapse in Chennai. The rescue teams are working day and night despite the rain and the officials say that it will take another two more days to completely recover the trapped workers. Out of the 54, 23 are reportedly based from Andhra Pradesh. The Police have arrested five people in this case so far.
