Amit Shah Set Out to Form BJP Govt. in Telangana:- Bharatiya Janata Party President and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, during a closed-door meeting with party leaders from Telangana state, stated that the next government in Telangana will be formed by BJP.

Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament Garikapati Mohan Rao was also in attendance in the meeting.

Shah called on everyone to work towards it and ensure that the party would storm to power. Reportedly BJP decided to come out as an alternative to Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) in Telangana and aggressively took membership drive in the state.

On the eve of Telangana Liberation Day, Amit Shah is going to take part in a massive public meeting in the state.

Telangana Liberation Dayat marks the rebellion against Nizam's rule and it led to the freedom of Hyderabad state on September 17, 1948.

BJP decided to conduct a rally in Nizamabad, where the party recently won its parliament seat, after a thorough inspection of Mahabubnagar, Karimnagar and Nizamabad districts.

The joining of likes of former MP Vivek, former minister Mothkupalli Narasimhulu in BJP is expected to give more encouragement to the party activists ahead of Shah's public meeting.

Earlier in July, Amit Shah had given word to visit Telangana every month in order to beef up the party.

As part of 'Mission 2023' of BJP, Shah asked the party's state unit to attain 50 percent vote share in the next Assembly polls and Lok Sabha polls in Telangana and to ensure that the Saffron party would come to power.
