Rahul Gandhi Slams Election Commission for Supporting Narendra Modi:- The seven phases of Lok Sabha polls in the country came to an end yesterday and the exit polls have been out. They clearly indicated a strong victory for Narendra Modi and Congress, its alliance are falling short by huge numbers. Last evening Congress Chief Rahul Gandhi slammed and accused the Election Commission of India for going easy for BJP and Narendra Modi on several occasions during the polls. He said that the Election Commission will not be respected anymore by the people of the country.
"From Electoral Bonds & EVMs to manipulating the election schedule, NaMo TV, “Modi’s Army” & now the drama in Kedarnath; the Election Commission’s capitulation before Mr Modi & his gang is obvious to all Indians. The EC used to be feared & respected. Not anymore" said Rahul Gandhi. Before Rahul Gandhi, TDP Chief Chandra Babu Naidu, Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee too slammed Election Commission for the way they behaved. The final results of Lok Sabha polls will be out on May 23rd.
