ED Questions Revanth Reddy In Cash For Vote Scam

ED Questions Revanth Reddy In Cash For Vote Scam:- Congress firebrand leader A Revanth Reddy lost badly in the recent Telangana Assembly polls and is away from light. Revanth Reddy has been questioned by the Enforcement Directorate officials for the second consecutive day in relation with the cash for vote scam. Revanth Reddy is the main accused in this case and he was questioned about Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu's involvement in the case. Revanth Reddy was caught by anti-corruption bureau (ACB) on May 31st 2015 when he offered Rs 50 lakhs as bribe for MLA Elvis Stephenson.

The nominated MLA was promised Rs 5 crore to cast his vote. ACB officials laid a trap and arrested Revanth Reddy who was later released on bail. Speaking about this, Revanth Reddy said "Narendra Modi and his government are trying to nail in Chandra Babu Naidu through TRS and Telangana Chief Minister KCR. I was questioned before the Assembly elections and now I am being questioned before the Parliament elections. This investigation revealed about the relation between KCR and Narendra Modi".

Before this, Revanth Reddy's close aides are questioned by the ED officials about this case. Several telephone tapes have been collected in this cash for vote scam.
