Hyderabad Named As World's Second Dynamic City:- India's Bengaluru turned out to be a pride of the country after it has been named as the world's most dynamic city as per the recent survey. As per the survey conducted by JLL, a property consultant, Bengaluru has been named as the most dynamic city and Hyderabad stood second in the survey. New Delhi is in fourth pace and Pune stood fifth in the survey. Chennai ended up in seventh place and Kolkata has been named in the fifteenth place in the top 20 cities across the most dynamic cities of the globe.

Among the top 20, 19 cities are from Asia during the conducted survey. The survey has been conducted based on the economic growth and the rapid urbanization. Last year, Hyderabad was leading the list and it is now ranked second. Bengaluru which stood second raced to the top. The real estate and technology used play a crucial role in these rankings. JLL India CEO Ramesh Nair revealed that Bengaluru and Hyderabad are leading in technology and start-up culture which made them race to the top.
